James Austin

Director, Marketing Content at Troutman Pepper

Jim helps the firm’s attorneys and business development teams develop strategies for winning new business, including responding to client requests for proposals, and oversees the editing and production of client-facing publications. He joined the firm in 1999, and previously was the publications manager for another national law firm. A seasoned writer and editor, Jim also worked as a reporter and news editor at several newspapers earlier in his career.
