Ronald Busink

Ronald Busink is an experienced professional in the field of biochemistry and nutrition, currently serving as a Senior Research Scientist for Nutritional Feed Additives at Trouw Nutrition since May 2011. In this role, Ronald focuses on innovative nutritional feed additives to enhance feed efficiency and animal health. Prior to this, Ronald worked at DSM Food Specialties in various capacities, including Senior Product & Application Developer for Dairy Enzymes and Research Scientist for Biochemical Analysis, where responsibilities encompassed product development and project management. Before joining DSM, Ronald held positions at Ashland, Wageningen Plant Research, and Wageningen University & Research, contributing to significant advancements in microbiological and biochemical research. Throughout a career spanning several decades, Ronald has demonstrated expertise in research execution, technology transfer, and scientific coaching.
