Schalk Van Der Merwe is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and change management. Currently serving as a Business Development Consultant at Trova Health since August 2023, Schalk is dedicated to transforming care delivery in mental health and wellness. As Founder and Director of myBucket and a Business Transformation, Change & Adoption Specialist at ChangeBox since December 2022, Schalk focuses on innovative solutions to business challenges. Previous roles include Group Organisational Change Manager at The Shoprite Group of Companies and Programme Change Manager at Woolworths, alongside founding FANCAM, which specializes in GigaPixel Social Media Solutions for sports and concerts. Schalk holds a Master of Philosophy in Performance Management, Leadership and Change from the University of Johannesburg and degrees from Stellenbosch University in Business and Theology.
