Courtney Bell

Courtney Bell has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 2014, they worked at Virginia Commonwealth University in multiple capacities, including as a Network Technician and Information Systems Tutor. During their time there, they also contributed to projects focused on ICT capacity development in Haiti and the Botswana Harvard AIDS Institute Partnership. In 2015, Courtney joined Capital One as an Associate Platform & Software Engineer, later progressing to the role of Software Engineer and eventually Senior Software Engineer. In 2020, they transitioned to Trovata, holding positions as Senior Software Engineer, Manager of Data Products, and Director of Identity. Currently, they are the Senior Director of Growth Engineering at Trovata.

Courtney Bell attended Virginia Commonwealth University from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained two Bachelor's degrees. The first degree was in Information Systems, and the second was in Business Administration and Management with a focus on Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management.
