Madeline Chapman

Madeline Chapman, MS-IOP, aPHRi has a diverse range of work experience in the field of Human Resources. Madeline most recently served as the Director of People Operations at Trovata. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), Talent Relations at Children's Institute, where they focused on developing programs to support retention, engagement, recognition, and talent management. Madeline also managed complex employee relations issues and partnered with the OD team to develop training programs. Before that, Madeline was the Director of Human Resources at Sun Air Jets, where they supported various departments and implemented HR policies and practices across the organization. Madeline also served as the Human Resource and Payroll Manager at Sun Air Jets. Additionally, Madeline worked as an Industrial Organizational Psychology Contractor at SkillSource Learning Partners and held HR roles at Virtuoso Medical Management and Guitar Center. Madeline started their career as a Human Resources Intern at Flagstone Foods. Madeline brings a strong background in HR strategy, employee relations, talent management, and organizational development to their roles.

Madeline Chapman, MS-IOP, aPHRi, holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University. Prior to their master's degree, they completed their undergraduate studies at Augustana University (SD), where they earned a Bachelor's degree with a focus on Psychology, Business emphasis, Research emphasis, and a minor in Spanish. Madeline obtained their high school diploma from Eastview Senior High School.

In addition to their degrees, Madeline has acquired several certifications throughout their career. These include "Preventing Discrimination & Harassment: CA Managers V4.01 2022" from Traliant, "Organizational Development & Change Leadership" from Claremont Graduate University, "Human Resource Generalist" from Employers Group, "Certified Office Ergonomics Evaluator" from Humanscale, and "Associate Professional in Human Resources - International™ (aPHRi™)" from HRCI.
