Alexis Joseph Merritt

Alexis Joseph Merritt has a strong background in HR and talent acquisition. They started their career in sales at Eli Lilly and then transitioned to recruiting and business development at Kforce Inc. After that, they worked in various HR roles at Uber, including senior recruiter and HR special projects. They then served as the Head of Talent at Rocket Lawyer before joining Slack as a People Partner and eventually becoming the Director of People. Most recently, they have taken on the role of VP People at Pave.

Alexis Joseph Merritt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Neuroscience & Behavioral Biology from Emory University.
