Sebastian Freude

Sebastian Freude has an extensive work experience in various roles. Sebastian started their career as a Summer Analyst at Deutsche Bank in 2013. Sebastian then worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at MergerTech Advisors, where they assisted on sell-side M&A transactions. Later, Freude joined Good&Co, Inc. as the Chief of Staff & Director of Operations, playing a key role in the company's growth. After that, they worked at Totaljobs Group as the Director of Program Management, focusing on strategy and execution. Sebastian then moved to SmartRecruiters as the Director of GTM Operations and most recently joined Pave as the Director of Revenue Operations.

Sebastian Freude earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Economics from EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht in the years 2010-2014. In 2013, they had a semester abroad at RISEBA University. Later, in 2014-2015, they attended Hult International Business School and pursued a Master of Finance (MFin) degree.
