Louise Blake

Louise Blake currently serves as the EMEA Head of Talent & DEI at T. Rowe Price since January 2024. Prior to this role, Louise held the position of Head of Talent Management & Employee Experience for the UK & Lloyds at AXA XL from December 2022 to January 2024. From August 2019 to December 2022, Louise was a Senior Manager in Leadership & Talent Development at Columbia Threadneedle Investments EMEA APAC, having previously worked as a Manager in the same department. Earlier experience includes positions at Leathwaite as a Senior Associate and Associate, as well as an Analyst in Human Capital at Winton Capital Management. Louise briefly traveled between March and August 2014, exploring destinations including South Africa and Australia. The career began with an HR Assistant role at FDM Group from February 2013 to February 2014. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science (MSc) in Organizational Psychology from Birkbeck, University of London, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English Literature from the University of Southampton.
