Mark Figueiredo is a seasoned design operations professional with extensive experience in creative management, user experience, and digital design. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Design Operations at T. Rowe Price since April 2015, Mark employs a human-centered approach to enhance design team effectiveness and collaboration. Previous roles at T. Rowe Price include VP of Design Team Lead and Creative Director, where Mark guided cross-functional teams in various aspects of the design process. Additionally, Mark is a lead moderator for the DesignOps Assembly and a content creator for MenWhoBullet, focusing on stationery, art, and productivity. Mark's earlier experience includes notable positions at Stanley Black & Decker and ADG Creative, where leadership in web design and interactive media was demonstrated. Mark holds a Master’s degree in Interactive Media from Quinnipiac University and multiple degrees in Visual Communication and Graphic Design from institutions including Stevenson University and Montgomery College.
