Amanda Stubbs began their work experience as an Environmental Specialist at Pinsent Masons in 1990. Amanda worked in this role for 17 years until 2007. In the same year, they joined Trowers & Hamlins as a Partner and Head of Health, Safety, and Environmental Law. Amanda'sresponsibilities included advising public and private sector organizations throughout the UK, with key clients including Homes England, Urban Logistics REIT, Hermes Property Unit Trust, and The Church Commissioners.

Amanda Stubbs has a strong education background with degrees in various fields of study. Amanda attended Christ's Hospital School from 1978 to 1985, where they did not obtain any specific degree. Later, from 1986 to 1989, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in French, German & Italian at Durham University. After that, Amanda attended De Montfort University from 1992 to 1995, earning a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in Environmental Law.

Continuing their education, Amanda attended the College of Law, Chester from 2001 to 2002, completing a Postgraduate Diploma in Law (PGDL). Amanda then pursued a Legal Practice Course at the same institution from 2002 to 2003 to further enhance their legal expertise.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Amanda Stubbs obtained the MHFA Standard certification from Mental Health First Aid England (MHFA) Community Interest Company in May 2016.
