Sarah Pearce has an extensive work experience in the legal recruitment industry. Sarah worked as the Head of Lateral Recruitment, UK and International at Trowers & Hamlins from September 2019 to present. Prior to that, they held the role of Lateral Recruitment Manager, UK Regions at the same company from December 2014 to September 2019. Before joining Trowers & Hamlins, Sarah worked as a Senior Consultant, Legal at Robert Walters from October 2008 to November 2014. Sarah also had experience as a Senior Consultant, Legal at Charles Fellowes from March 2007 to September 2008. Sarah's earlier roles include being a Search Consultant, Legal at Jepson Holt Ltd from March 2006 to January 2007, and a Senior Consultant, Legal at Charles Fellowes from September 2000 to February 2006.
Sarah Pearce attended Christleton High School in Chester from 1995 to 1997, where they completed A-Levels in Economics, English, and Sociology. Afterward, from 1997 to 1998, they studied Economics and Law at Birmingham City University. Sarah then continued their education at the same university from 1998 to 2001, obtaining a Bachelor of Arts degree (BA) with Honors in Business Administration and Human Resources. Additionally, Sarah possesses a certification as a McQuaig Level 1 & Level 2 Accredited Interpreter from The McQuaig Institute.
