Scott Hyde is the Service Delivery Manager with the responsibility for managing Troy Consulting’s Delivery Excellence program to ensure consultants meet or exceed client expectations for quality and results. Scott brings over 30 years of experience in management consulting as a senior leader; account manager and engagement manager. He has held senior positions at Gemini Consulting and Cap Gemini Ernst & Young; and delivered outstanding results across multiple industries including software/technology; energy; telecom and government.
