Robert Chance

Robert Chance joined Troy as Vice President of Human Resources in 2011. Mr. Chance earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Texas Tech University in 1982.

Prior to Troy, Mr. Chance held the positions of VP of Human Resources for Lanxess, VP of Human Resources for American Bridge, and Corporate Human Resources Manager at Shell Chemical.
