Dave Kamienecki

David Kamienecki is an accomplished Human Resources professional with over 20 years of experience in the field. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Troy Design and Manufacturing, a subsidiary of Ford Motor Company, since January 2021, David has previously held several key positions at Ford Motor Company from June 2003 to January 2021, including Human Resources Manager and various HR Associate roles focused on Labor Affairs and Manufacturing. David holds a Master’s degree in Labor and Industrial Relations and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, both from Michigan State University.
