The Survey and Administration Team at TROY group is responsible for overseeing cost management, budgeting, and financial planning for projects within the £250k to £3 million range. With four Quantity Surveyors and an Assistant Administrator, the team ensures accurate cost estimation, contract negotiation, and financial tracking, while also managing project documentation and administrative support for efficient project execution across hotel, leisure, commercial, and residential sectors.
