Wendy Blair

Wendy Blair is a CPA with extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Wendy is currently the Vice President of Corporate Services at TRP Infrastructure Services since May 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Corporate Controller at Smart Start, Inc. from October 2022 to May 2023.

Wendy's longest tenure was at TRP Construction Group, LLC (dba TRP Infrastructure Services), where they held the position of Director of Accounting & HR from June 2020 to September 2022. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing accounting and HR activities for a highway construction company operating in eight states with over 330 employees. Wendy provided support to the board, CEO, and CFO, led and managed change during periods of growth and acquisitions, and implemented new processes.

Before joining TRP Construction Group, Wendy worked as a Controller at the same company from October 2013 to June 2020. Their responsibilities included maintaining financial records, supporting financial audits, tax return preparation, payroll, job costing, and budgeting. Wendy also supported and trained accounting staff, designed and maintained accounting processes and systems.

Wendy's earlier experience includes working as an Accountant at Williams & Company CPA from February 2011 to October 2013, a Financial Systems Administrator at Texas Christian University from September 1999 to August 2003, a Peoplesoft Application Administrator at Burlington Resources from December 1997 to September 1999, and a Business and Computer Assurance Senior Associate at Coopers & Lybrand from July 1995 to December 1997.

Wendy Blair, CPA, obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting from Texas Christian University in 1995. Wendy later became a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) through the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy in 1997.
