Mohamed Walji

Mohamed Walji is a seasoned journalism professional with extensive experience in programme editing and news production. Currently serving as a Programme Editor at TRT World since December 2016, Mohamed is responsible for scriptwriting, copy-editing, and leading a team of journalists for a live current affairs programme focused on the Middle East and Europe. Prior roles include Interview Producer at TRT World, where Mohamed sourced expert guests for news segments, and News Correspondent at London Broadcasting Partners, providing on-location coverage of UK political and social issues. Previous experience also includes producing a political discussion show at ImaFilm Ltd and project management at Webstar Health Limited. Mohamed holds a Bachelor's degree in Politics from SOAS University of London and A Levels in Politics, Economics, and Psychology from Haydon School.
