Oliver Schroeder

Oliver Schroeder is an experienced engineering and quality professional with a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University, obtained in 2020. Currently serving as the Engineering and Maintenance Manager at Nelson Global since June 2023, Oliver is responsible for coordinating the engineering and maintenance team to develop sustainable solutions. Prior to this role, Oliver worked as a Quality Manager at TRU-FLEX, overseeing the Quality Management System and quality-related activities from June 2020 to June 2023. Oliver's early career includes internships at Modineer Company, Caterpillar Inc., and FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, where skills in manufacturing engineering and quality assurance were developed through collaboration and process improvement initiatives.
