Jason Hartless has been working in the music industry since 2007. Jason began their career as a Touring/Session Drummer for Shram/Brian Schram. Jason then worked as an Audio Director/FOH Engineer at Fraser Performing Arts Center from 2009 to 2012. In 2012, they took on the role of Touring/Session Drummer for Pistol Day Parade. From 2013 to 2016, they worked as an In-House Session Musician/Assistant Engineer at Pearl Sound Studios, Co-Music Director at School of Rock and Drummer for Ted Nugent. In 2016, they began working as a Drummer for Mitch Ryder and VP/Managing Partner at Sound City Music Group, where they oversaw the day to day operations of the company. In 2021, they took on the role of Industry Relations Manager at Trubify.

Jason Hartless received their Bachelor's degree in Music Business from Berklee College of Music in 2020. Jason attended Fraser High School from 2009 to 2013, studying Music/Audio Tech. In 2012, they attended Berklee School of Music for Percussion.
