Truce Law, PLLC

Truce Law works with divorce clients who are open to an agreement. Our goal is to make the divorce process as simple as possible by giving you the tools to find a solution. For spouses with complex finances or families, who need help reaching an agreement, we offer collaborative divorce. For families with an agreement in mind, we file uncontested divorces. Last, for simple divorce cases without children we help clients easily mail in their pro se divorces. In addition, we offer mediation services for family law issues. All sessions are co-mediated, meaning you'll have two trained mediators working with you to resolve the issues for one flat fee. When you agree to terms, you'll save thousands of dollars in legal fees you would have spent to argue in court. You'll benefit from a private process that is resolved outside a public courtroom. Plus, you'll maintain control of the outcome by reaching a fair agreement on your terms. Established in 2018, Truce Law was founded on the idea that a focus on compromise will make divorce better. Few law firms promote agreement in divorce and instead push aggressive strategies, since conflict leads to costs. Unlike most firms, we concentrate on agreed divorce and mediation. The fact is 90% of divorce cases settle out of court, so we approach divorce with compromise in mind. Whether you hire us for a pro se, uncontested or collaborative divorce, we believe you'll save money, experience less stress, and have more control of the outcome than you would with a traditional divorce.
