Adam Luebbe, M.B.A. has a diverse range of work experience. From 2021, they have been serving as the Director of Sales Operations at TRUCE Software. In this role, they have implemented territory modeling with updated sales cycle staging and forecasting standards. Adam has also introduced a reporting suite to provide leadership with enhanced visibility into selling aspects and pipeline evaluation. Before joining Verizon Connect, Adam gained valuable experience at L.A. Fitness as the Director of Membership Services. From 2011 to 2017, they managed customer service and accounts for club members nationwide. Adam successfully completed the merger of two Bally Total Fitness locations with the acquisition of LA Fitness and developed management teams in Illinois and Ohio to improve business efficiency and maximize revenue.

Adam Luebbe, M.B.A. completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Purdue University Northwest. Adam pursued this degree from 2013 to 2017. Prior to their M.B.A., they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Technical Management from DeVry University between 2003 and 2006.
