Stephen Dermanuelian

Stephen DerManuelian, MS HRD, currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources for North America at Truck-Lite since August 2023. Previously, Stephen held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at IPP - Independent Pet Partners from September 2020 to February 2023, overseeing HR strategy and service delivery for multiple retail brands. Prior roles include Senior Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer at Fleet Farm and Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Marsh Supermarkets, with extensive experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, learning and development, and legal compliance. Stephen's earlier career includes significant HR leadership roles at PETCO Animal Supplies, OfficeMax, and Best Buy Company, along with foundational experience at Shaw's Supermarkets and Giant Food Stores. Academic achievements include a Master of Science in Human Resources Development from Villanova University and an Advanced Human Resources Executive Program certificate from the University of Michigan.
