Sarah Kanter

Sarah Kanter is a Director in the Health and Welfare Practice Group at Trucker Huss, with experience in counseling employers, multiemployer trusts, and MEWAs on various federal and state laws related to health and welfare plans. Prior to their current role, Sarah worked as an Employee Benefits Attorney at Beeson, Tayer & Bodine, and as an Associate Attorney at O'Donnell, Schwartz & Anderson, P.C. Sarah also gained experience as a Legal Intern at the American Center for International Labor Solidarity AFL-CIO and Washington CeaseFire. Sarah holds a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School and a B.A. in English Literature from the University of Washington.
