Michael Beach

Michael Beach is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in warehouse and distribution management. Currently serving as Operations Manager at TruckPro, LLC since April 2022, Michael previously held several key positions at Fred's Inc. from December 1998 to September 2019, including Director of DC Operations, where responsibilities included overseeing a 1,000,000 sq. ft. facility and managing multi-shift operations. Additional roles at Fred's included Outbound Operations Manager and Area Manager, focusing on productivity, quality, and departmental success. Earlier in Michael's career, positions included Warehouse Manager at Readstreet and Supervisor at UPS. Michael holds a Business Diploma from Bartlett High School, an Associate's Degree in Management from Southwest Tennessee Community College, and has further education from The University of Memphis.
