Earlier experience includes serving as an Associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, advising clients on diverse financing transactions, and a role as Attorney at LendingClub, focusing on the development of securities products and regulatory compliance. Mirae Yang's career also features a position as an Associate at Allen & Overy, where expertise was applied in capital markets transactions. Mirae Yang holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law and a Bachelor's Degree from UCLA.
