Lisa Haubenstock

SVP, Customer Experience at Truckstop.com

Lisa Haubenstock is the current Senior Vice President of Customer Success at Truckstop.com. Prior to their current position, they held various roles at Amazon Web Services (AWS), Amazon, and EVERFI. Lisa began their career as an Administrative Intern at Critical Exposure and later became an Outreach Intern at the Boston Landmarks Orchestra. Lisa then went on to work as an Assistant Director of Undergraduate Admissions at Boston University and later as a Senior Student Outreach Intern in Undergraduate Admissions at Tufts University. After several years in customer success roles, Lisa became a Practice Manager at AWS in 2019 before eventually taking on their current role at Truckstop.com in 2020.

Lisa Haubenstock received their Master of Science in Arts Administration from Boston University and their Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from Tufts University. Lisa is also certified as a Scrum Master from the Scrum Alliance.
