Vickie Conner

Vickie Conner has a strong background in human resources and people operations. Vickie has held various leadership positions throughout their career. From 2007 to 2013, Vickie served as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Comprehensive Software Systems, where they led HR functions and employees across the United States. Vickie designed and implemented HR strategies and programs, provided coaching and training for professional development, and built partnerships with executives and staff. From 2013 to 2016, Vickie worked as the Director of Human Resources at Wildcat Minerals LLC. In this role, they focused on HR management and strategy. From 2016 to 2018, they served as the Vice President and Human Resources Manager at Denver Investments. Currently, Vickie is working at Truckstop as the Business Partner and Senior Director of People Operations. At Truckstop, they are responsible for ensuring the team's success and enjoys their work.

Vickie Conner studied Business at Palomar College. Vickie obtained additional certifications in Emotional Intelligence Coaching from CEO Partnerships in 2009, PHR from HR Certification Institute - HRCI in 2007, and Human Resources Certification from Mountain States Employers Council in 2005.
