Chad Johnson

Chad Johnson is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in cybersecurity and project management. Currently serving as the Director of IT Shared Services at PCF Insurance Services since November 2021, Chad has previously held roles including IT Operations Manager and Cyber Security Engineer. At the Defense Intelligence Agency from June 2018 to December 2021, Chad worked as a COMSEC Manager/IT Project Manager, overseeing a team managing operations for over 100 network links and coordinating multi-million-dollar IT projects. Prior experience in the United States Air Force includes roles as Information System Security Manager, Communications Planner, and NCOIC of Quality Assurance, with responsibilities ranging from personnel management to cybersecurity policy enforcement. Chad holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration from Ashford University.
