Felipe Carrillo

Felipe Carrillo has a diverse work experience in the technology services field. Felipe currently works at truData Solutions as the Director of Delivery in Costa Rica. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing the delivery of data, analytics, and integration offerings through cloud solutions to clients. Prior to this, Felipe worked at Experian as a Senior Data Modeler, where they were involved in building and maintaining data products for Experian Marketing Services. Felipe also worked on innovation efforts to support customizable client solutions. Before Experian, Felipe worked at TD SYNNEX as a Business Intelligence & Analytics Supervisor, leading a team and supporting decision-making through solution design. Felipe also trained the team on an agile approach for service delivery and oversaw the creation and deployment of reports and dashboards using Tableau. Prior to that, they worked at Tech Data as a Sr. Business Analyst and later as a Business Analyst, where they provided analytical support to BPO teams, developed new tools using O365 and Tableau, and created and maintained Tableau dashboards. Felipe began their career at SYKES Costa Rica as a Customer Support Representative.

Felipe Carrillo attended Universidad Cenfotec from 2018 to 2020, where they pursued a postgraduate degree in Data Analytics. In 2020, they continued their education by taking courses in Statistics and Data Science through MITx. Felipe also obtained several certifications, including being an IIBA® Member, earning Tableau Data Scientist, Tableau Designer, and Tableau Analyst certifications from Tableau Software. Felipe also completed the Probability - The Science of Uncertainty and Data course from MITx on edX. In addition, Felipe is an Alteryx Core Certified professional and holds a SCRUM Master Professional Certificate from CertiProf.
