Deepak Verma has a diverse work experience in various industries, including business management, online payments, alliances and partnerships, e-commerce, and fintech. Deepak has worked at Balancehero India since 2016, starting as an Assistant Manager in the Wallet department, where they handled recharge and wallet operations and worked with telcos and recharge aggregators. Deepak then progressed to become the Manager of Operations and Fraud Management, and later the Nodal Officer for PPI (Wallet), showcasing their expertise in program and project management. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Operations Manager at Balancehero India.

Prior to their role at Balancehero India, Deepak worked as a Senior Sales Associate at PayU from 2015 to 2016, where they approached merchants for payment gateway services, completed registration formalities, and integrated payment gateways on websites.

Before PayU, Deepak also had experience at Snapdeal as a Senior Executive Seller Onboarding from 2014 to 2015, where they worked as an Inside Sales Executive for merchant acquisition, managed a group of sellers, and ensured the smooth onboarding process.

In their earlier years, Deepak worked at Ceasefire Industries Pvt Ltd. as a Manager of Business Development from 2013 to 2014, where they handled large accounts in various industries such as IT, manufacturing, retail, telecom, and more. Deepak provided services and resolved account escalations, while also conducting market research.

Deepak Verma completed their PGDM IB (International Business) degree from "Jobs for Young Freshers in Kalkaji" from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they obtained their B.com degree in "Business/Commerce, General" from St. John College from 2007 to 2010.
