Nikhil Niranjan has extensive work experience in customer experience and project management roles. Nikhil is currently the Head of Customer Experience at Balancehero India. Prior to this, they worked at Clix Capital as the Head of Customer Experience, Cross Sell, and Insurance, where they were responsible for overseeing customer satisfaction and analyzing key performance indicators. Before that, they worked at Canara HSBC Oriental Bank of Commerce Life Insurance Company as an Assistant Vice President, where they managed various customer experience projects and achieved significant accomplishments such as boosting NPS scores and driving website redesign for improved customer experience. Nikhil also worked at Max New York Life Insurance Co. Ltd as a Manager in the Business Recovery Unit, where they successfully improved persistency and renewal collection rates through process improvements. Nikhil started their career as a Customer Care Specialist at IBM Daksh Business Process Service.

Nikhil Niranjan received their PGDCA (Post Graduate Diploma in Advanced Computing) from the Centre for Diploma in Advanced Computing in the year 2002. Prior to that, they completed their BA in Economics from Delhi University, studying from 1997 to 2000. In 1995, Nikhil attended Kendriya Vidyalaya in Bokaro, where they pursued a science-related field of study. Additionally, they hold certifications in Six Sigma Green Belt, PMP (PMI), and ISO 2001:2008 Internal Auditor Certified from APMA, PMI, and Motorola respectively.
