Sudhir Yadav

Sudhir Yadav began their work experience in 2016 as a Management Trainee at Umana HR Services, where they gained knowledge in executive search and talent acquisition. After their role as a Management Trainee, they transitioned to becoming an HR Consultant at the same company from January 2017 to August 2018.

In 2018, Sudhir joined FxConsulting as a Team Lead in HR Talent Acquisition, a position they held until April 2019. Following this, they worked at Balancehero India as a Human Resources Executive from December 2019 to November 2020.

Sudhir then joined Niine India in November 2020 as a Talent Acquisition Executive, where they contributed until April 2022. Currently, Sudhir is serving as an Assistant Manager in Human Resources at Balancehero India from April 2022 onwards.

Sudhir Yadav obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Galgotias University from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, they completed their Intermediate education in Business/Commerce, General at St Crispins Sr. Sec. School from 2010 to 2012. In addition to their formal education, Sudhir Yadav has obtained several certifications, including "Being an Effective Team Member," "Managing Stress for Positive Change," "Thriving @ Work: Leveraging the Connection between Well-Being and Productivity," and "Working Remotely." These certifications were obtained from LinkedIn in April 2020.
