The CEO and founder, Sang-Hoon Lee, has previously worked as the CEO and president of Access Mobile Co., Ltd. and the head of Asia Pacific Business at RealNetworks. He has a degree in public policy and management from the University of Chicago. The president of True Balance, Cheolwon Yang, also has a degree in public policy and management from the University of Chicago.
