Steve Casey

Steve Casey has extensive experience in the employee benefits industry. Steve started their career at Aetna in 2004, where they worked as a Sales Associate, Account Manager, and Sales Consultant in the Professional Employer Organization (PEO) vertical. In these roles, they supported PEO sales and service efforts, managed a large book of business, and coordinated sales and service efforts for national account clients. In 2010, they joined True Benefit as the Manager for the Carolinas region, where they stayed until 2013. At True Benefit, their focus was on creating sustainable employee benefit solutions and simplifying the complexities of employee benefits. In 2013, they were promoted to Director, Mid-Atlantic at True Benefit, and in 2017, they became the Vice President of the company.
