Jane Young

Jane Young is an experienced construction project coordinator currently working at True Food Kitchen since January 2017. Prior to this role, Jane was the development services manager at Mexican Restaurants, Inc. from April 2015 to August 2016 and served as the national account manager for new construction at Capitol Light between April 2013 and April 2015. Jane also held the position of director of development services at Kona Grill from July 2008 to May 2012 and worked as a development services manager for PF Chang's China Bistro, Inc./Pei Wei Asian Diner, Inc. from September 2002 to July 2008. Early in the career, Jane was an administrative assistant in the real estate department at Williams-Sonoma, Inc. from September 2000 to July 2002. Jane holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a Marketing emphasis from Humboldt State University.
