About

The True Food Kitchen leadership team has experience in high-end restaurant management. The team attended Cornell University's School of Hotel Administration, and then went on to work for various restaurants, including Jean-Georges Management and the Starr Restaurant Organization. In their previous positions, the team has focused on operations and restaurant services. This experience has given them the skills they need to manage True Food Kitchen successfully.
