James Burkhart

James Burkhart has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering. James is currently serving as the Head of Infrastructure at True Footage since March 2022. Prior to that, from May 2019 to April 2022, James worked as an Independent Contractor.

Before becoming an independent contractor, James worked at Uber from April 2014 to August 2018. James held the positions of Staff Engineer, Senior Software Engineer II, and Senior Software Engineer during their tenure at Uber.

From September 2012 to April 2014, James worked as a Software Developer at Rackspace Hosting.

Before that, they were employed at Focus from February 2011 to July 2012, where they worked as a Software Engineer, with responsibilities in backend ownership and working on various layers of the stack.
