Polina Novikova

Polina Novikova has a diverse work experience that spans different industries. Polina started their career at Saint Petersburg State University, where they worked as an Administrative Assistant from September 2017 to June 2019. Following that, they joined Miro as a Customer Support Representative in September 2020 and remained in that role until November 2021. In 2022, Polina joined Femture, which later transformed into Alyx, as an Infrastructure Trainee. Here, they were retrained to work as a Cloud Engineer, contributing to the company's mission of closing the gender career gap in the tech industry. Polina's most recent role is as a Junior Public Cloud Engineer at True B.V., where they began in January 2023.

Polina Novikova obtained their Bachelor's degree in Scandinavian Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics from Saint Petersburg State University from 2015 to 2019. In 2018, they briefly attended the University of Bergen (UiB) to study Norwegian Language and Literature. Additionally, they pursued a general education in Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies, and Humanities at Northampton Community College from 2016 to 2017.
