Elaine Kinnee

Elaine Kinnee has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Elaine most recently worked at True North Advisors as the Director of Human Resources starting in January 2023. Prior to that, from 2019 to 2022, they held the same role at Martin UAV (a Shield AI company), where they partnered with management to develop and lead global HR programs. From 2010 to 2019, Elaine worked at DynCorp International in HR/Recruitment Operations, where they established policies and practices and assisted with Defense Base Act claims. Before that, they served in the United States Air Force from 2015 to 2019, retiring from their role. Elaine's earliest work experience was with the US Army, where they worked as a Human Resources Specialist from 1997 to 2015, supervising personnel and coordinating administrative systems. Elaine also worked for the City of Fort Worth from 1997 to 2006 in their Fire Department-Administration.

Elaine Kinnee completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Human Resources Management and Services from Columbia College between 2016 and 2020. Elaine then pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management and Services at the same college from 2021 to 2023.
