Tom Flood's work experience begins in 1995 as a Retail Service Representative at Fidelity Investments. Tom then transitioned to various roles within the company, including Retail Sales Specialist and Retail Premium Services Representative. In 2002, they became a Private Access Relationship Manager until 2004 when they became a Private Access Client Service Specialist at the Irving, TX Branch. In 2007, Tom became a Client Manager at Fidelity Investments, a role they held until 2020. In July 2020, Tom started working as a Client Service Specialist at True North Advisors.
Tom Flood attended LeTourneau University from 2001 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Tom then went on to study at The University of Dallas from 2006 to 2007, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Financial Planning and Services.
