Ben Utecht

Ben Utecht has worked as a professional football player for the Indianapolis Colts and Cincinnati Bengals. Ben is also a nationally recognized motivational speaker on leadership and culture, working with various organizations. Utecht has held various positions in the business world, including Chief Culture Officer for Conquer Ninja Gyms and True North Equity Partners, and Chief Growth Officer for Behavioral Essentials. Ben is also a franchise owner for Conquer Ninja Gyms.

Ben Utecht attended the University of Minnesota from 1999 to 2003, where they received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies.
