Michael Batson, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales, innovation, and product development within the flame-resistant protective apparel industry. Currently serving as the Director of Sales & Innovation at True North Gear® since March 2017, Michael leads a high-performing sales team and is instrumental in driving profitable growth and enhancing customer satisfaction. Previously, Michael held various leadership roles at Polartec, including Global Product Director for Military & Professional Workwear, focusing on global product strategy and management. Michael's career began at Milliken & Company, where significant contributions included market strategy and cost-reduction initiatives. Michael holds a Master's degree in Textile Science from the Institute of Textile Technology, an MBA from Clemson University, and a Bachelor's degree in Management, Finance, and Marketing from Clemson University.
