Michele Todd

Michele Todd is the Customer Solutions & Logistics Manager at True North Gear® since January 2021. Previously, they were a Customer Service Supervisor / Master Scheduler at IMI Precision Engineering from October 2017 to September 2020. Prior to that, they held roles such as Transportation Planner Coordinator and Production Coordinator at PACCAR from January 2010 to June 2017. Michele holds a Viticulture Certification from Washington State University in 2017, a Lean Manufacturing certification from Kaizen Institute USA in 2013, and various business and operations management certifications from Green River College. Additionally, they are a Certified Assembly Mechanic from Lake Washington Technical College.
