Jaydee Wilson

Jaydee Wilson, PMP, currently serves as the Insulation Manager at True North Scaffold + Insulation since April 2024 and is also the Director and Owner of Miskinahk Safety Ltd., which specializes in HSE advising and consulting, as well as rescue services. Founded in 2022, Miskinahk Safety Ltd. is distinguished as a 100% Indigenous owned and operated company and is a proud member of the Canadian Council for Aboriginal Businesses. Jaydee's prior experience includes roles such as Superintendent at Skyway Canada Ltd. for the Great Plains Power Station, Health Safety Environment S1,SM for Fluor Corporation on the JFJV LNG BC Project, and HSE Manager at Tetrad Insulation Inc., where responsibilities included ensuring employee safety and implementing HSE programs. Educational credentials include a degree from NAIT in Project Management, along with certifications as a Red & Blue Seal Insulator and Emergency Medical Responder.
