Mikko Järvinen

Mikko Järvinen is a seasoned entrepreneur and leader, currently serving as CEO of Minduu (AtCare Oy) since September 2024, where the focus is on aiding individuals with mental health challenges through innovative software solutions. As a Partner at True North Search since March 2020, Mikko facilitates business transfers of small privately-held companies in Northern Europe using the Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition model. Previously, Mikko managed various projects at Haaga-Helia StartUp School from January 2018 to October 2023, drove the development of a video chat-based social media service for the elderly as Co-Founder of Pieni piiri Oy from 2012 to 2018, and contributed significantly to the growth of Conga Group Oy, a digital marketing agency co-founded in 2007. Earlier professional experiences include project coordination at Culminatum Ltd Oy and roles as a system specialist at Icon Medialab and ICL Invia. Mikko holds a Master’s degree in Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management from Aalto University and has a diverse educational background in digital communication and film studies.
