Brent Senio

Brent Senio, P.Eng., PMP, has extensive work experience in engineering and project management roles. Brent is currently the Vice President of Engineering at True North Solutions, where they are responsible for all engineering and project delivery aspects of the company's Canadian business. Brent also serves as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and is registered as a professional engineer in APEGA and BC, Sask. Prior to this, Brent held the position of Team Business Manager at True North Solutions.

Before joining True North Solutions, Brent worked at Autopro Automation Consultants Ltd. for over a decade. Brent held the role of Vice President of Operations from 2018 to 2020, where they focused on maximizing the contribution of staff to drive mutual business success between Autopro and its clients. Brent also served as the Operations Manager in Calgary from 2013 to 2018, where they were accountable for client relationships and oversight of programs and projects within the portfolio. Additionally, Brent worked as a Program Account Manager from 2008 to 2013, where they were responsible for portfolio planning, execution, and management for multiple clients.

Earlier in their career, Brent worked at Emerson as a Technical Specialist from 2000 to 2008. In this role, they specialized in electrical and automation engineering and served as a team lead. Before joining Emerson, they worked as an Engineer at Kenonic Controls from 1997 to 2000, focusing on electrical and control system engineering projects throughout western Canada and the U.S.

Brent Senio, P.Eng., PMP obtained a B.Sc. in Engineering from the University of Alberta from 1992 to 1997. Later, they pursued a Masters Certificate in Project Management from the Schulich School of Business - York University, completing it between 2007 and 2008.
