Joshua Wookey

Joshua Wookey has been advising CFOs, tax directors, and other financial executives on their international operations for over 15 years. Prior to joining True Partners, Joshua served in senior level consulting and in-house tax director capacities at KPMG, VMware, Oracle, and Alvarez & Marsal.

Joshua has extensive experience assisting companies to plan, implement, and manage international operations with a focus on international tax, transfer pricing, and related financial issues. His deep, technical and operational experience within the consulting and in-house tax and M&A organizations of some of Silicon Valley’s most acquisitive companies has helped Joshua to develop a unique perspective to addressing the flexibility and change management requirements of acquisitive and growth driven companies.

He has deep transfer pricing expertise, with heavy exposure to a variety of financial issues affecting international operations including international tax, employment requirements, human resources, global mobility, treasury and banking, finance, and business regulatory.

Joshua’s transfer pricing knowledge covers a wide range of technical areas including intangible asset valuation, licensing, and migration, cost sharing arrangements, M&A due diligence and post-merger integration, controversy management and resolution, supply chain restructuring, Advance Pricing Agreements, and global planning and documentation studies.

Joshua has a Master in Accounting degree from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Whitman College.
