Kristen Slusarczyk

Kristen Slusarczyk is a Managing Director in True Partners Consulting’s Chicago office and leads the Private Equity service line. She is a tax professional with over 11 years of experience in tax consulting and compliance services in the financial services practice area, with a specialty focus in the private equity industry.

Kristen works with closely held C corporations, S Corporations, and partnership clients. She has spent the majority of her career primarily focusing on assisting clients with organizational structure, complex partnership allocations, tax planning, and overall federal, state, and foreign tax compliance and consulting. Her expertise is in the following areas: private equity fund of funds, buyout, mezzanine, venture capital, special purpose vehicles, management companies, domestic and foreign blocker corporations, SBIC’s, and private equity owned companies. She has a passion for developing talent and dedicates her professional down time to developing curriculum and training at both the local office and national levels.

Kristen received her Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from the University of Kentucky, and her Masters of Science degree in Taxation from DePaul University. She is a Licensed Certified Public Accountant in Illinois, a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

In her free time, Kristen enjoys traveling to new places and spending time with her dogs.
