Nancy Barrett

Nancy Barrett is a Managing Director in True Partners Consulting’s Boston office where she oversees the New England practice for the Firm. Nancy is also the National Service Line Leader for our Flex Staffing practice, which provides loan staff and direct hire solutions for corporate clients. She has an extensive professional background, which includes over 25 years of experience in both public accounting and industry.

Prior to joining True Partners Consulting, she was a Managing Director with an international public accounting firm. Nancy has also held the position of income tax manager of a Fortune 100 firm, as well as having worked in the corporate tax departments of Price Waterhouse and Arthur Andersen.

Her tax consulting experience includes audit defense, FAS 109, tax due diligence, research and tax planning, with a focus on state and local tax issues. In addition to her client service responsibilities, she is a regular speaker and contributor to organizations such as Lorman Education Services and the Tax Executives Institute (TEI).

Nancy received her Bachelor of Science degree from Boston University. She is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the New York Society of Certified Public Accountants.
