Robert J. is the Founder and Former Chief Executive Officer of True Path Financial and Insurance Services, a position they have held since September 2017. Previously, they served as the Managing Director of Capstone Partners Financial and Insurance Services from January 2014 to October 2017.

Additionally, Mr. Waltos has a notable tenure at The Waltos Group of Northwestern Mutual, where they served as the Managing Partner from 1999 to 2013.
